It's probably UNIX SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION HANDBOOK by Evi Nemeth,
Garth Snyder, Scott Seebass, and Trent R. Hein

The new (2nd) edition is bright red. The 1st ed was yellow. 
Excellent books, both.
