Good point, and duly noted.  I don't intend to go anywhere near that
directory -- in particular, it doesn't use docproj.docbook.mk at the 
moment, so it will be left alone.

I think the man* directories are exceptions to the rule that "everything
under doc/ should be independent of /usr/share/mk".
