Update /stand: This step is included for completeness. It can be safely omitted. # cd /usr/src/release/sysinstall # make clean # make all install 14. Reboot to multi-user mode: # reboot -it seems that MAKEDEV is deprecated for 5x, and there is no /usr/src/relea= se/sysinstall folder in 5x. =20 what would be the equivalent to these steps in the cvsup process on 5x-RELE= ASE? are there any other differences involved in cvsup'ing on 5x-RELEASE v= s. 4x-RELEASE that one should be aware of? thanks redmond =20 --NzB8fVQJ5HfG6fxh Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.2 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQE/N+bi7g+NJl/fSB0RAuHCAJ9VqMpfiqkMfzQ3c8z9VSQt5pEMAwCfYTqi rIHAq3x0l0eYZCw9aE8g0LU= =d72c -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --NzB8fVQJ5HfG6fxh--
