my fxp interface can no longer negotiate Full-Duplex with the switch.
Everything worked fine with Stable. I have these lines in rc.conf:

ifconfig_fxp0="inet 192.168.0.3  netmask 255.255.255.0 media 100baseTX
mediaopt full-duplex"

so i set full-duplex manually not through auto.

this is from first dmesg after first reboot after upgrade:
