Why would you want to do this? The documented way in src.conf(5), is to set SRCCONF to /dev/null. It looks like _WITHOUT_SRCCONF is for ports-internal use only, see http://svnweb.freebsd.org/base?view=revision&revision=164411 If you define _WITHOUT_SRCCONF, none of the MK_XXX variables gets defined, causing all the errors later on. So "Don't Do That"(TM) :)
