Synopsis: Recently updated x11/gdm port ignores $LANG setting in /etc/login.conf State-Changed-From-To: analyzed->closed State-Changed-By: marcus State-Changed-When: Sun Mar 22 20:00:58 UTC 2009 State-Changed-Why: No fix, really. GDM 2.24 is a complete rewrite from previous versions. It does remember language settings across logins, and the environment variable trick does work. http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=117724
