Hi,

Try:

1) External self-powered USB HUB between.

2) Compile kernel with "options USB_DEBUG"
and try to tune:

hw.usb.pr_recovery_delay: 250
hw.usb.pr_poll_delay: 50

Up and down. Any difference?
