My current suspicion is that it’s related to the issue with jail cleanup (https://cgit.freebsd.org/src/commit/?id=eb93b99d698674e3b1cc7139fda98e2b175b8c5b ), but I’ve been unable to reproduce the failures myself, even in the CI vm image.
