this has been imported in the tree in 3.0 sometimes before the 3.1/4.0
split. The same code compiles with no apparent glitches on 2.2.x -- at
least i just grabbed sources from /usr/src/usr/sbin/mrouted and
compiled them on 2.2.6 and 2.2.7
