libc might be a really good starting point for someone who knows (or wants
to learn) how to hack library code.

'sallright, getting 4.0 solid and stable is more important than SPARC at
this moment anyhow.  I'd love to have FreeBSD to run on Pixie (my IPX),
but I'd much rather have 4.0 out there making the world safe for Yahoo
again.
