update to maven-3.5.0

Update the devel/maven3 port to 3.5.0.

I personally believe that devel/maven3 port should be tracking the latest
version of maven3 from maven.apache.org; similar to www/{node*} and www/{np=
m*}
ports.

f users require the older 3.0.x version, a separate devel/maven30 port shou=
ld
be created.
