	<http://www.FreeBSD.org/handbook/kernelconfig-building.html> describes KERNCONF= for specifying one's custom kernel, but <http://www.FreeBSD.org/handbook/makeworld.html> doesn't mention KERNCONF.
	<http://www.FreeBSD.org/handbook/small-lan.html> mentions putting KERNCONF in /etc/make.conf, but if it's a valid setting, shouldn't there be at least a commented example in /etc/defaults/make.conf?
