Does your Wandboard has some other device where it loads the kernel from?

I have systems running that boot the kernel from SD-card, but then mount root from USB-connected SSD. That can easily get into such a situation if I forget to update the kernel on the SD-card.
Also had a Sheevaplug device in the past that could load the kernel from some internal flash memory.
