This is the latest release... As I said, it compiles _almost_ cleanly - you'll have to tweak the src/libbitblit/freebsd and colorport/ sources, as well as src/clients/portable/mgrload. But I don't recall anything compilcated - just missing defines here and there, and missing FreeBSD version of loadavg (easily obtainable via sysctl(3)). It's interesting to play with it, but it doesn't contain _any_ higher-level abstractions (as widgets): porting X applications would require a lot of work, indeed. I didn't give up on it, yet. Its size is really compelling...
