I recently upgraded a box to 2.2.7 and now every time I soft reboot
it (with "reboot") it exits on signal 11 any time a program is executed
including login). After pressing reboot it comes up ok. 

Only oddity is that there are 2 systems that are nfs attached to this
machine which is acting as the server. 

any ideas?
