These messages are very plain:
You have *two* nodes who claim to have an IP address of 130.234.138.11, 
one with a MAC (ethernet) address of 00:a0:24:67:9a:e4, and the other 
with a MAC address of 00:00:c0:d3:6f:a3.

Find out where those nodes are, change the IP address on one of them, and 
those messages should go away.
