Based on Comment #1, I suspect this is fixed since

would have caused a rebuild of libcdio-paranoia.

I'm using poudriere here which always does rebuilds when dependencies change
and I haven't seen this particular failure.  I think this was a transient i=
ssue
that only caused problems between the libcdio update and the libcdio-parano=
ia
update, and only for users using portmaster or portupgrade or doing manual
builds.
