aewm++ and pwm both run  perfectly on my P200, 64MB.
I prefer aewm++ since it looks cleaner (at least I think so), but pwm is
more configurable (appearance). 
If you decide on aewm++ get aewm_goodies from
http://sapphire.sourceforge.net/, especially ae_fspanel is interesting.
Aewm++ and ae_fspanel require about 2MB RAM.
