Would you provide the following information?

Once you boot the system, login to the system via network or via
serial port. Run the following commands to obtain video card
information.

vidcontrol -i adapter < /dev/ttyv0
vidcontrol -i mode < /dev/ttyv0

(You need to be root to run the above commands.)
