I'm getting this error on my 2.2.1 box that is serving WWW server duty. I'm
not sure what changed on the box to make this start happening but I need to
resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Is there a kernel option I can tweak and then recompile to increase the
default amount of open files on the system ? Or is there a bigger problem I
should be looking to resolve?
