This is asked - and answered - on -questions every few months. Check the archives for that list for pointers to a howto on installing the Linux Oracle binaries on FreeBSD. On the other hand, there are a a number of open source database packages - including some SQL serverss - that are in production use on FreeBSD. Depending on your exact requirements, one of those may do the job.
