When you are sending a message on a new topic to a mailing list,
*don't* send it as a reply to a previous message there. Due to
In-Reply-To/References headers and message threading, it will still
show up as a reply, no matter whether you changed the subject.
You message (and mine) are still part of the "Help...dumb question
follows :)" thread. But clearly, there is no connection in content.
This is confusing/annoying.

You also might want to take care to send messages to the proper
mailing list. The question above should clearly go to freebsd-questions.
