The only thing not commented out is the collection "ports-all" and the *default release=cvs tag=. is the magic you're looking for. I believe the others were saying that having RELENG_4 in the "tag" line (alone) is why CVSup nuked the ports (since they aren't branched). Copy /usr/share/examples/cvsup/ports-supfile and edit the "host" line.
