One is physically larger and one is smaller. You will probably need to download an updated de driver from http://www.3am-software.com/ to make it work properly. The first one we got had the odd property of slow receives (or was it transmits? one of the two) on _one_ of the ports. Nope, no IRQ conflicts. Znyx ended up shipping us a new card and it fixed the problem.
