FreeBSD redshift 6.1-RC FreeBSD 6.1-RC #0: Mon May 1 14:05:04 BST 2006 root@redshift:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/REDSHIFT i386 KDE 3.5.5 Had this problem with acroread 7.0.8 too. Opening from Konqueror a button appears on the task bar with the hourglass cursor but acroread never opens. This error appears in the console The OS named FreeBSD version 6.1-RC is currently not installed. Try running on an installed platform and connecting to your display. Installed platform(s) include the following: Intel/Linux Howvere, if I start it from the command line, then it works fine. Any ideas? Regards, Mark
