I'm setting up a new box. 5-STABLE as of 9/4/05 .
ports CVSuped 9/4/05 as well
xorg-server is installed via portinstall and /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/drivers exists as a directory
nvidia-driver is installed via portinstall, but fails mkdir saying that /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/drivers already exists
It does, but now it's a file.

Install xorg-server and then install nvidia-driver via portinstall. I've removed xorg-server and reinstalled 3 times and the nvidia-driver 3 times. The result has been the same.
