I was trying to install a Unicode module, p5-Unicode-MapUTF8, and got the
error message:

>===>  Building for p5-Unicode-String-2.06
>cp String.pm blib/lib/Unicode/String.pm
>cp lib/Unicode/CharName.pm blib/lib/Unicode/CharName.pm
>make: don't know how to make
>/usr/libdata/perl/5.00503/mach/CORE/opnames.h. Stop

>/tmp/portinstall2836.1 make
>** Fix the problem and try again.

so apparently I need to find a copy of opnames.h someplace. I've tried
cvsup'ing a couple of times, even this morning, but the problem persists.
Is there some further dependency I need to install first?
