I have pointed out errors to him before and had him pull the site
down. They weren't really serious errors and I expected him to get
around to fixing the errors in a while when he had time. He didn't
have time right then and rather than propagate the errors he pulled
the sheets down. I was really surprised when he pulled them. Some one
may have done something like that this time but it sounded like he was
getting a number of complaints.

One of my firewalls still relates back to his. I have made numerous
changes but it started with his. Since that time I have figured out
how to make rc.firewall do what I want and have used it.

The Complete FreeBSD is usually out of date. It is up todate for that
moment when they decide it is ready to publish. From that moment on it
is falling behind but you haven't seen it pulled from the bookshelves
because it is out of date. Even the older versions still have value. I
think most people need a glimmer of an idea to see what they need and
to make it work the first time. That first clue is sometimes the
difference between things like the working examples the cheatsheets
provided and the man pages.
