https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=201211 Bug ID: 201211 Summary: [PATCH] x11-wm/obmenu: SIGUSR2 is hardcoded as signal #12, causing openbox to quit when it saves Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Keywords: patch Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: freebsd-ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: glolol1@hotmail.com CC: horia@racoviceanu.com Flags: maintainer-feedback?(horia@racoviceanu.com) CC: horia@racoviceanu.com Keywords: patch Created attachment 158175 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=158175&action=edit Patch for obmenu Upon saving changes, Obmenu is supposed to make Openbox reload its config by sending SIGUSR2. However, it hardcodes this signal as signal #12, which works on Linux, but not on FreeBSD (Python reports signal.SIGUSR2 to be signal number 31). Instead, whenever Obmenu saves, Openbox dumps core and exits on signal #12. A patch to fix this is attached. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
