This means that the server for some reason doesn't want to forward your e-mail. Probably your freebsd box is on an outside network and you are sending mail to a (for the mailserver) non-local network. Or you made a typing error and the domain 'students.gf.itb.ac.id' is not local for the mailserver. Or ... Your networkadministrator can tell you more about this probably.
