Hi All,

I'd really appreciate some help getting = my zoomair=20 4005 pccard working. I've duplicated an entry from the wi cards in=20 /etc/default/pccard.conf and when I run pccardd -d it sees the card = and=20 will load OK and even displays the MAC address of the card.

Any ifconfig command after that just = hangs the=20 system. No messages, no panic, no nothing!

Actually that's not quite true. = ifconfig -a will=20 list 'wi0' among the interfaces and give it's mac address. I've = been trying=20 ifconfig commands like this
ifconfig wi0 inet 172.168.0.2 netmask = 255.255.0.0=20 up

I'm running 4.2R set on a an ABIT = BP6 with=20 396MB and 2 x 500MHZ celery sticks. It isn't a mobile machine, but the = only=20 posts I've found about the zoomair cards where on this list. Please = excuse my=20 ignorance if I've done the wrong thing by posting here.

TIA,
Peter
