Mobile users, I have a Compaq Evo n600c laptop that has an onboard wireless card. I've been able to get the card to work under Gentoo Linux and Knoppix via the prism2_usb driver. My problem is, under Freebsd 4.8R I don't know what modules to load. >From part of my dmesg: Jul 16 01:54:03 /kernel: uhci0: <Intel 82801CA/CAM (ICH3) USB controller USB-A> port 0x4000-0x401f irq 11 at device 29.0 on pci0 Jul 16 01:54:03 /kernel: usb0: <Intel 82801CA/CAM (ICH3) USB controller USB-A> on uhci0 Jul 16 01:54:03 /kernel: usb0: USB revision 1.0 Jul 16 01:54:03 /kernel: uhub0: Intel UHCI root hub, class 9/0, rev 1.00/1.00, addr 1 Jul 16 01:54:03 /kernel: uhub0: 2 ports with 2 removable, self powered Jul 16 01:54:03 /kernel: ugen0: FTDI USB <-> Serial, rev 1.10/2.00, addr 2 Jul 16 01:54:03 /kernel: uhci1: <Intel 82801CA/CAM (ICH3) USB controller USB-B> port 0x4020-0x403f irq 11 at device 29.1 on pci0 Jul 16 01:54:03 /kernel: usb1: <Intel 82801CA/CAM (ICH3) USB controller USB-B> on uhci1 Jul 16 01:54:03 /kernel: usb1: USB revision 1.0 Jul 16 01:54:03 /kernel: uhub1: Intel UHCI root hub, class 9/0, rev 1.00/1.00, addr 1 Jul 16 01:54:03 /kernel: uhub1: 2 ports with 2 removable, self powered Jul 16 01:54:03 /kernel: uhci2: <Intel 82801CA/CAM (ICH3) USB controller USB-C> port 0x4040-0x405f irq 11 at device 29.2 on pci0 Jul 16 01:54:03 /kernel: usb2: <Intel 82801CA/CAM (ICH3) USB controller USB-C> on uhci2 Jul 16 01:54:03 /kernel: usb2: USB revision 1.0 Jul 16 01:54:03 /kernel: uhub2: Intel UHCI root hub, class 9/0, rev 1.00/1.00, addr 1 Jul 16 01:54:03 /kernel: uhub2: 2 ports with 2 removable, self powered Jul 16 01:54:03 /kernel: ugen1: Compaq Computers product 0x0033, rev 1.10/1.32, addr 2 I assume that this "ugen1" is my prism2 usb card?
