My PC clock slows down and looses time when in safe mode. Time is kept = perfectly while in active mode or turned off and on battery. Just put a = new battery in thinking that may have something to do with it but no = change. Running a 1997 Toshiba Infinia 233. This just started a couple of months = ago. Any clue? Thanks, Dan
