            Bug ID: 214710
Summary: audio/openal-soft: Audio broken w/out PULSEAUDIO
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: mva@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: yuri@rawbw.com
             Flags: maintainer-feedback?(mva@FreeBSD.org)
          Assignee: mva@FreeBSD.org

The symptom I see is that when PULSEAUDIO=3Doff, qTox fails to play audio. =
See
bug#214393 I also, like this user, observe the problem.

With PULSEAUDIO=3Doff (which is a default), it shows devices in this format
"pcm2:play:dsp2", but they don't work.

With PULSEAUDIO=3Don, it shows devices in the format /dev/dspN, and they wo=
rk.

Please fix PULSEAUDIO=3Doff.

Thanks!
