If /usr/local/etc/cups/mime.* exist, remove them. You can also remove the following packages: foomatic-db-20161105 foomatic-db-engine-4.0.12_1,2 foomatic-db-hpijs-1.4 gimp-gutenprint-5.2.10_3 gutenprint-base-5.2.10_2 gutenprint-cups-5.2.10_3 gutenprint-foomatic-5.2.10_2 hplip-plugin-3.16.10 Then restart cupsd with 'service cupsd restart'.
