Shouldn't the files be fetched into /usr/ports/distfiles/openssh/ and
then 'extracted' into the work directory? Now they are fetched into the
work directory directly which makes them disappear when you type 'make
clean'.

Furthermore, every time I type 'make' it starts refetching the files again
even when they are already present and a work/.fetch_done file exists.

This change makes this port behave quite different from the other
ports.
