You're not really giving anyone much to work with here. While I'll almost certainly not be able to fix this for you, I can tell you that if I were the guy who _could_ fix it, I wouldn't find this PR very attractive, given the amount of information on it. :-) If you're not in a position to provide a backtrace of the panic with debugging symbols as per http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/kerneldebug.html then perhaps you could copy down the interesting probe messages and the kernel panic message by hand.
