Hi,
I am tryin to install FreeBSD 3.0 but am encountering problems.  I have tried from floppy disk but after copying all the floppies  an error messages saying "/usr/libexec/ld-elf.so.1 not found" scrolls up the screen.

I have also tried from a DOS partition with the files in C:\freebsd\bin but the install says that it cant find the distribution.

I have checked all the files with chkdist and get no errors.

Can anyone please help.
