Dear sirs

I like to use 80GB IDE HDD with FreeBSD2.2.8.
I succeeded in using it with FreeBSD3.51/4.2, but not FreeBSD2.2.8.
FreeBSD2.2.8 worked with 40GB HDD, successfuly but not 80GB HDD.
PC has 128MB mem and Celeron 500(Supermicro M/B).

I tried the installations of them by CD-ROM..

My trouble come from the low vesion of FreeBSD?.
