At least in this area. We were with a local ISP, GES (I can't seem to remember what it stood for "Global..."), in NJ. They were bought up by Verio about a year or two ago. When there were some problems getting a service upgrade, it was mostly with Bell Atlantic working the phone lines, not Verio. Our experience has not been exceptionally wonderful, but there are no problems to report. Low maintanance is what is most important to me. -- Crist J.
