Any GNOME CUPS users out there?  We need someone to update
gnome-cups-manager to 0.18 and libgnomecups to 0.1.8.  These updates may
not require anymore than a Makefile and distinfo change, but I do not
use CUPS, so I cannot test for sure.

If no one comes forward, I'll just run the tests through the Tinderbox,
but that's obviously more work when creating ports.
