It looks like it'll produce ^limit:1\.25 (vs ^limit:1\.25\. before), no? It
wouldn't be an issue until version 1.100 (and in 37 years I hope this is
someone else's problem), but we'd probably want to tack on \. at the end.

Am I thinking about that right?
