The distfile tarball for misc/localedata port contains variety of locale data for all architectures. This is because they are incompatible each other at that time in spite of share/ hierarchy. On FreeBSD 6 they can be shared between all archtectures as they should be essentialy. This fix also introduced a side effect, a requirement of old format locale data on disk to retain compatibility.
