Hi Using cvsup, I successfully updated my repository this afternoon. >From it I am trying to checkout the ports for RELENG_2_2_7_RELEASE by doing: # cd /usr # cvs co -r RELENG_2_2_7_RELEASE ports 2>&1 | tee /var/tmp/co.ports.log (/usr/ports does not exist prior to issuing the commands above) The problem is that cvs removes each directory after updating it. I have been trying to find an option which will make cvs checkout all the files in ports even when they are not there to begin with, but without any luck.(by reading the man page for cvs(1)). Any pointers in the right direction is highly appreciated. Take care Pål To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
