Note that 2.4.28 was already released three days ago.

It is also broken on KDE doc building from what I understand.  So
this message probably refers to an as-yet-unreleased 2.4.29.

You'll probably want to refrain from upgrading if possible;
please be sure to e-mail portmgr@ (and kde@ would be nice also)
if you intend to upgrade to any particular version.
