In that case, they probabaly aren't busted. Hmm. My next guess is to do with disk geometry. How did you create the FreeBSD partition, FIPS :-\ or FDISK? Is the FAT partition Win95 or DOS (long/short file names) and are you 100% sure that all the bin.* images in the freebsd\bin directory look exactly like the ones on the CD? > > What next ??
