First of all, what does this have to do with networking on FreeBSD?
I've directed your question to the freebsd-questions newsgroup, where
you should have sent it in the first place.

Second, they will be much better able to help you if you can provide some
details about that a DOMEX 3194u card is.  Does it have any identifiable
chipsets on it?  Anything that says Adaptec, Symbios, or NCR is a likely
candidate.
