You don't say but I'm assuming you have one disk you are trying to install both os's on. If I were you, I would reinstall w95 first and leave adequate room on the disk for Fbsd to install its partition. I seem to remember there is a problem using fips with w95. BTW I have this setup and it works just fine. I use the free bootinst.exe boot manager.
