https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D229815 Bug ID: 229815 Summary: [change request] math/py-networkx: Upgrade to 2.x Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: jwb@freebsd.org CC: dikshie@sfc.wide.ad.jp Flags: maintainer-feedback?(dikshie@sfc.wide.ad.jp) CC: dikshie@sfc.wide.ad.jp Might it be possible to upgrade to 2.1 at this point? If there are compatibility issues, how about a py-networkx2 port? I'm working on a port of the MARVEL genome assembler, which requires py36-networkx 2.1. checking for python3.6 module networkx... yes checking for version 2.1 or higher of networkx... no configure: error: You need at least version 2.1 of the networkx Python modu= le. =3D=3D=3D> Script "configure" failed unexpectedly. Please report the problem to jwb@FreeBSD.org [maintainer] and attach the "/usr/ports/wip/marvel/work/MARVEL-1f693baf8420c2121cc40d18ed2088c6e81a713b= /config.log" including the output of the failure of your make command. Also, it might be a good idea to provide an overview of all packages installed on your system (e.g. a /usr/local/sbin/pkg-static info -g -Ea). *** Error code 1 Thanks... --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
