Synopsis: [patch] ENSONIQ interrupt handler contains if eval with no effect

State-Changed-From-To: open->		 closed
State-Changed-By: csjp
State-Changed-When: Wed May 5 09:49:51 PDT 2004
State-Changed-Why:
This condition evaluation was left in the code as a reminder.
It gets optimized out by the compiler so there is no real
reason to remove it.
